​​Return/Exchange Policy

In the event that you decide to request a refund/exchange we will be the most happy to help. All our products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order on a "no questions asked basis". Our products have varying warranties, which typically range from 6 to 12 months, and any cover damage/deficiency of any of our product assuming you have used the products according to how they should. 

In order to start a refund/exchange please email us at carsosauk@gmail.com , and we will do our best to help. Once we receive the product back we will notify you and we will test the nature of the damage and determine whether the customer may be liable for the damage. If you do not lose the right to return along the contact and testing process, we will immediately issue a refund or send a replacement according to your request.

Shipping to us (if applicable)

The customer will be liable for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs may be refundable according to the nature of the damaged/not working units.

We encourage you to send all parcel through the "special delivery" option, as this offers insurance and it is the safest way of delivering relatively expensive goods.
